By using our website, products and services, you agree to follow the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page and be legally bound to these Terms and Conditions.

Risk & Liability

You expressly understand and agree that under no circumstance is Limitless Retreats, Jacob Mark, or respective directors, officers, agents, employees, contractors, content owners or 3rd party licensors, subsidiaries or affiliated companies liable for direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages or loss of any kind arising from the use of the products, services, content, downloads, information, or materials found on this website and any downloads from it.

It is understood that there is a degree of risk associated with practicing the Wim Hof Method * or with practising any kind of breathing exercises and cold exposure *. In practicing this method or participating in any offerings of Limitless Retreats or Jacob Mark, you accept full responsibility of any harm that may come to you and you are participating in this method or activities at your own risk. Intellectual Property

All content on our website is owned by us or explicit content providers. On behalf of ourselves and our content suppliers, we claim all property rights (including but not limited to logos, information, video & audio, texts, blogs, displays). By using our website and services you acknowledge the content of the Information is subject to copyright and that the use of the content by the client can only be for research or reference purposes and may not be copies, reproduced, rebroadcast, or commercially exploited in all or in any part.

Payment & Refunds

Payment:

  • The Company accepts payment methods indicated on the checkout page. If given the option to pay via instalments, the Participant authorizes Romance and Foodie Travel to charge their payment account with the terms of the payment option selected for the duration of the agreed-upon payment plan. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure payments are made on time. In the event payments are not made on time, the Participant understands that any delay in payments may result in the Company engaging a Debt Recovery Mercantile Agency or a Solicitor to recover the outstanding amount due and all applicable collection costs.

  • Must be made in full unless a payment plan is otherwise expressed.

  • If you choose to pay via payment plan then your plan will be discussed with our team TICO certified travel agent upon registration.

  • All collection costs will be invoiced in addition to the payment schedule and must be paid. Any forfeiture in the payment of the fees may result in the Participants inability to attend the retreat.

  • All credit card payments will be subject to a 3.5% non-refundable processing fee.

Refunds:

  • By registering your attendance for a retreat, you agree to make all payments and understand you have submitted a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.

  • Requests for cancellation and refunds made more than 60 days prior to the start of the retreat are granted at no additional costs.

  • Requests for cancellation and refunds made 60 days or less prior to the start of the activity are not granted.

  • Spots are always transferrable to another person up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the workshop.

  • When payments are made through www.limitlessretreats.com, refunds are subject to a 2.9% processing fee + any difference in exchange rate between the date of purchase and date of refund

  • If government restrictions inhibit a large enough number of participants from attending then the Company reserves the right to postpone the retreat to future date when restrictions are lifted. No refunds will be granted in this case, however a credit will be issued.

  • All notices must be sent to: hello@jacobmark.com.

  • In the event you need to leave the retreat early due to a personal circumstance, either independent of the retreat or directly connected to the retreat, you understand you are able to leave at any time but this does not constitute grounds for a refund of any kind. Reasons connected to the retreat may include, but are not exhaustive of, anxiety or trauma resulting from activities connected to the Wim Hof Method, Meditation, Coaching sessions or other activities facilitated by the Company.

  • By registering your attendance, you understand that subject to the refund policy herein, all sales are considered final and are not eligible for any refund under any circumstance, be it known or unknown, now or in the future. The Client further agrees and understands that changing their mind about the retreat, failing to complete, follow through or understand the details of the retreat, not experiencing the results they expected or desired, or experiencing any other similar feelings or situations will not, under any circumstance, warrant a refund. You accept without dispute the Terms of the Refund Policy and waive any and all claims in connection with the refund policies herein. Digital Products and Virtual services

  • All digital products and virtual services are final sale, this includes but is not limited to video courses, audio courses, ebooks, live masterclasses, workshops, replays, pre-recorded content, and other downloadable products.

Changes to Our Terms and Conditions

As our website changes, so too will our Terms and Conditions be subject to change. The date of the last update is posted at the top of this page. Ensure you have always reviewed the most up to date version, as we do not send out notifications of changes. The same applies to our Policy Statement, which can be found here.
